Pearl Naval Denizcilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. its Directors and Senior Management are fully committed to ensuring the health and safety of all crew members and staff on board its vessels and in its offices, contracted personnel and any other persons who are directly or indirectly linked with its business and operations. Pearl Naval Denizcilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. is committed to conducting its business with integrity and in accordance with all international, national and local laws and other requirements to which its business activities are subject. Pearl Naval Denizcilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. will ensure that the concept of safe operations is conveyed and understood by all employees and that safe working practices are fully implemented onboard all its ships.

• Anti-Bribery-Corruption & Whistleblowing policy with consideration of the Code of Ethics

Relevant procedures and operational instructions are included in the Safety Management System (SMS) that Pearl Naval Denizcilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. implements, maintains and monitors.
